Bastion
Responder Wellness

Meet Mackenzie
Founder of Bastion

I grew up in this world. As the daughter of a retired California Deputy Sheriff Sergeant, with family in law enforcement, I’ve seen firsthand what this job gives and what it quietly takes. So when I say I get it, I’m not guessing.

This work isn’t just about the big calls. It’s the buildup. The stress. The things that go unsaid. That’s where I come in.

I’m not the nod and smile, how does that make you feel therapist. I’m real, direct, and human. I’ll meet you exactly where you are. No fluff. No judgment.

You take care of everyone else.
This is where someone takes care of you.

Let’s get to work.
